Cache SMS consent proof
Cache collects SMS consent only inside the Cache app from registered users with verified phone numbers. The Profile SMS fallback switch is off by default when no active consent exists. Turning it on opens an optional consent modal with an unchecked checkbox, SMS terms and privacy links, frequency and rate disclosures, HELP and STOP instructions, and a clear Skip path.
Users can create an account and use Cache without opting into SMS. Cache does not send Twilio SMS invites to non-users; non-user invite links are shared by the inviter through the device native share sheet.
