SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the optional Cache SMS program provided by Cache Calendar. They supplement the Terms & Community Rules and Privacy Policy.

Program and message categories

Cache SMS sends non-marketing event invitation notices, calendar-sharing invitation notices, and event-proposal review links to registered Cache users who have opted in to SMS fallback notifications inside the Cache app. Cache does not send Twilio SMS invitations to non-users.

Consent and frequency

By enabling SMS fallback and completing the unchecked consent control in the Cache app, you authorize Cache to send recurring automated service text messages to your verified phone number. Consent is optional, is not a condition of using Cache, and applies only to the Cache SMS program. Message frequency varies with your event invitation, shared-calendar, and event-proposal activity.

Rates, HELP, and STOP

Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. After STOP, Cache will stop program messages except for an opt-out confirmation or messages otherwise permitted by law. A carrier-level START or UNSTOP command does not recreate Cache consent; re-enable SMS fallback inside the Cache app if you want to opt in again.

Delivery and support

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless networks and carriers may filter or block messages. For support, email support@caaache.com.

Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are handled under the Cache Privacy Policy. They are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes or termination

Cache may change or end the SMS program. We will update the date above and provide any notice required by law. Ending SMS does not prevent you from using Cache through the app.
